Kamlesh Gidwani
Kamlesh Gidwani has 46 years of experience in auto components, specializing in gear production, cutting tools, and global marketing. He has mastered every step of processing gears, shafts, and allied products for automotive, agriculture, construction, mining, rail, wind power, and industrial applications. For 35 years, he led marketing initiatives that drove revenue and innovation.
He also pioneered greenfield projects in vacuum thin film coating, cutting tool manufacturing, and specialized tool rooms with German and Italian partners. As an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt, and TIFAC member, Mr. Gidwani is committed to continuous improvement and technological advancement.
